Dr. Kappelman graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of Maryland. He served as Chief Resident at Yale-New Haven Hospital and as instructor of Diagnostic Radiology at Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions prior to joining RAH. Dr. Kappelman's subspecialty interests include neuroradiology and musculoskeletal radiology. He is a member of RAH Executive Committee and is the Past President of RAH.
